General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose: These terms and conditions govern all sales made on www.dropflowstyle.com by Jeremiah Boobe (DROPFLOW).

Article 2 – Products: The products offered are those listed on the website at the time of ordering. DROPFLOW reserves the right to modify its catalogue at any time.

Article 3 – Prices: All prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. DROPFLOW reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Article 4 – Orders: Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The sale is finalised upon payment confirmation.

Article 5 – Payment: Payment is made online by credit card via Shopify Payments. All transactions are secured.

Article 6 – Delivery: Delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy. DROPFLOW works with international suppliers; delivery times may vary.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason. Contact us at support@dropflowstyle.com.

Article 8 – Returns: Returned products must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

Article 9 – Disputes: In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
